I am wanting to switch careers after working in IT Development the last 10 years. I am burned out and need change. I would like to get into a less hands on technical role and get into Management. I have an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and have pondered going back for my MBA. However, there are no guarantees this would help me find a better job.
