My Final Solution for career Welfare People.Part 1?

I live in a small town in central Pa.Every day I see people buying junk food and lots of it on their acess cards.There also is a store by the projects that will sell people cigarets at double price and somhow put it on there acess card.Also it is a big problem here to for people on Welfare to give their card to drug dealers for drugs.I know this because last week a dealer got busted and he was found with 12 other peoples cards.They wouldnt dare put this in the News.A friend of mine who is a police officer told me.Why does my state let these people get away with this.Another thing.There are families in my area that have been on Welfare for generations and the only kind of work they do is make babbies.Why doesn’t the state tell them that after their second child that if you have anymore we arent gonna pay for it.And after the second child offer to fix them so they cant have no more kids.The same rules should apply for men as well.
